Join our Resource Specialist in a quick training about all thing’s resources. In this training, we’ll go over how to navigate the Resource Library in Salesforce, conversations with families about their needs, and how to meaningfully connect families to community resources. We’ll discuss what to say and not say, how to navigate challenging conversations, and the different types of resources that exist in the community for our families. We will also allow space for you to practice resource engagement with families.
